I am a companion, educator, and advocate for families experiencing a full-spectrum of reproductive transitions. I offer in-person and virtual support for conception, abortion, pregnancy, miscarriage, stillbirth and loss, vaginal/genital and cesarean birth, lactation, postpartum, and gender transition at sliding scale cost.

“As a former Doula I definitely knew what I did and didn’t want in MY doula. As a non-binary brown New Yorker, I also knew that I didn’t want my birth solely attended by white ladies. When I found Blue and Charlie I had a rare moment of absolute certainty. Blue and Charlie are easy to talk with, wonderful to share with, and understand the weight of what you choose to share with them. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, non-judgmental, funny, scrappy, accepting of who you are and where you are, down to earth, and I honestly looked forward to all my meetings with them because of the fun, joy, and expertise that they brought to the doula process. My partner and my daughter were able to be very much a part of that conversation and process, and they both also were as head over heels for Blue and Charlie as I was. As my birth approached I was fully confident in my birth team and knowing that they would be there for me was so reassuring and calming. They brought more to the birth and postpartum than I ever expected. They cooked me up magical sitz baths and the best broth I’ve ever had in my life. They helped my daughter learn how to do massages so she would feel helpful as well. They got creative when I had clogged ducts in really awkward places. I’m not really great at meeting new people and being able to be authentic with them but blue and Charlie made it so easy and when I think of the beginning of my child’s life I’m going to remember the huge part Blue and Charlie played with such warmth and happiness. I’m so relieved and grateful that i chose them to be my doulas.”
